Please note that delivery estimates refer to shipping time after your order has been processed and shipped. Production time is separate and depends on the dress and selected services.

Production Time & Custom Services

Most ZHEXUDAI dresses are made-to-order after your purchase is confirmed.

Standard Production: About 3 weeks

Rush Production +$9

Need your dress sooner?

Choose Rush Production to reduce production time from approximately 3 weeks to 1 week.

Custom Size +$19

If you cannot find a suitable standard size, you can choose our Custom Size Service.

Provide your measurements, and we will create the dress according to the information you submit.

Please make sure your measurements are accurate before placing your order.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

Standard Shipping

Delivery Time: 8–12 business days after shipment

Orders of $119 or more qualify for free Standard Shipping.

Shipping Fees

ZHEXUDAI orders are shipped internationally from Hong Kong.

Shipping fees are mainly calculated based on the weight of the products in your order, as well as the shipping destination and selected shipping method.

Because our dresses can be relatively heavy and are shipped internationally, shipping costs may be higher than standard domestic shipping. We appreciate your understanding.

The exact shipping fee will be displayed at checkout before payment.

Free Standard Shipping is available on orders of $119 or more.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

You can use the tracking information to check the latest delivery status.

Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your order.

If you need to update your address, please contact us as soon as possible.

Once your order has entered production or the shipping process, we may not be able to change the address.
